SEED Parks & Property Maintenance is a social enterprise of SANDBAG Inc, a community-based nonprofit organization with headquarters in Sandgate, Queensland. Established for altruistic purposes, SEED seeks to strengthen communities by carving out employment pathways and by providing training to marginalized people of Queensland.
Through our social procurement model, each commercial cleaning service engagement grants SEED the capability to undertake transitional employment, work-based training, and career opportunities. We strive to offer superior maintenance services while benefiting disadvantaged Australians.
