Welcome to SEED Parks and Property Maintenance, a national award winning landscaping and commercial cleaning social enterprise with years of experience in the landscaping and commercial cleaning industries, we exceed expectations providing excellent service each and every time.
SEED PPM has been operating since 2009 and has provided high-quality, flexible and reliable landscape maintenance, residential gardening, and commercial cleaning services to hundreds of customers in Brisbane. We have earned the reputation of a professional and trustworthy business, providing quality assured services for the last five years; our highly trained, dedicated and reliable staff will ensure the success of your project.
SEED’s customers include Brisbane City Council, Economic Development Queensland (State Government) at Northshore Hamilton and Fitzgibbon Chase, Bric Housing, 4Walls Housing, Goodstart Early Learning, Body Corporates, Einbunpin Festival, Music by the Sea Festival, Bluewater Festival, and the Deagon Races, we also look after many private customers.
SEED is the social enterprise arm of Sandbag Inc, a Brisbane based citizen organization, and is committed to Growing Solutions; whilst providing commercial landscape maintenance, residential gardening and commercial cleaning services we serve as sustainable and supportive employment for people who have been long term unemployed. In recognition of our business and social acumen we were awarded Australian Small Social Enterprise of the Year 2014.

We plan to expand our services to the Gold Coast and another South East Qld location in the next 5 years, approach more customers from different sectors, increase turnover and employ more people who are excluded from labour market.
