Here’s an interview we did with SEED staff member Botros for the Westpac Foundation who kindly funded SEED in 2013. SEED receive no ongoing funding from government or philanthropic bodies, and our aim is to become financially self-sustaining through trading income. These were our goals and outcomes / outputs for the year we were funded:

Project Goal

To operate a sustainable enterprise employing people experiencing disadvantage

Objectives

1. To operate SEED as a financially sustainable social enterprise at June 30^th 2015
2. Increased amount of hours of supportive employment created fo rpeople experiencing disadvantage

Outputs / Results

1. Financial Reporting strategy is operational
2. Marketing and Sales strategy is operational
3. Operations and Workflow strategy is operational
